The 2024 Graduation Research Presentation for the Department of Civil Engineering was held over two days, with eight B4 students from our GEL-SIT giving presentations. All the students gave their presentations calmly, and were able to accurately convey their thoughts during the question and answer session.
In our GEL-SIT, we have been promoting graduation research while placing importance on “enjoying research”. We have also supported our students in their research and laboratory activities, with the aim of helping them to develop their confidence. At the presentation, the students looked nervous but also fulfilled, and it was clear that they had enjoyed their research. Above all, I was moved by the way each student had a genuine sense of confidence and conviction, and presented their work in their own words.
Well done to everyone!
After the second day of the presentation, we held a party to thank the hard work of the 2024 D3 (2 people), M2 (6 people), and B4 (8 people) students in our GEL-SIT, and more than 45 people, including GEL-SIT members and related parties, gathered and had a great time in a friendly atmosphere!
