At GEOMATE 2025, Ms. Khin Nyein-Chan Kyaw (D2) was honored with the ‘Best Paper Award’ for her outstanding paper, for which she served as the first author and presenter.
As a doctoral student from abroad, Ms. Khin Nyein-Chan Kyaw has admirably overcome language and cultural barriers and, within less than a year, successfully established an evaluation method for complex chemical grouting techniques for liquefaction mitigation. This international conference award is a testament to her exceptional research ability.
