We are pleased to announce that seven new B3 students will be joining our GEL-SIT this year. We welcome you to our GEL-SIT. We understand that you may have many uncertainties and concerns as you take your first steps into your research activities. Please do not worry. Research is a process of facing “what we don’t understand” and accumulating “deepening our understanding little by little”. In this lab, we hope to be a warm place where we can make steady progress while supporting each other. In research, failure is also a valuable experience. We hope you will grow at your own pace, valuing the small questions and insights you may have. The entire GEL-SIT will support you, so please rest assured and let’s have a fulfilling time together.
