The two-day 2025 Civil Engineering Undergraduate Thesis Presentation featured nine B4 students from the GEL-SIT who delivered their presentations. The students all approached their presentations with composure, and their ability to clearly and confidently express their ideas during the question-and-answer sessions was particularly impressive.
In our GEL-SIT, we have continued to emphasize enjoying the research process while conducting undergraduate thesis work, following the approach established in the previous year. The supervisor served as a mentor, supporting students so they could engage with their research in a proactive and enjoyable manner. Through research activities and GEL-SIT experiences, we aimed to build students’ confidence by helping them accumulate meaningful successes.
These efforts proved effective, and all nine students demonstrated outstanding achievements in their theses and presentations. During the event, their presentations, delivered with a mixture of nervousness and fulfillment, left a strong impression, reflecting their genuine engagement with the research process. Above all, seeing each student complete their graduation research with confidence and a smile was one of the most memorable moments of FY2025. Their ability to present in their own words demonstrated remarkable growth.
Congratulations to all for your hard work. You did an excellent job!
